NEW WATERFORD MINOR HOCKEY COMMUNICATION PROTOCOL

The communication structure for NWMHA is as follows:

Parent or player concerns:

Parent/Player- Team Manager or Coach- Division Coordinator- Executive or Risk Management Coordinator- HNS

 

Coach/Co Coaches/ Team Manager concerns:

Coach/Co Coach/Team Manager- Division Coordinator- Executive or Risk Management Coordinator-HNS

 

Division Coordinator concerns:

Executive or Risk Management Coordinator- HNS

 

 

The individual or individuals who are expressing any concerns are asked to allow the 24 hour cool down time before their concerns are brought to the next capable authority. As the structure is laid out the next capable authority will have the responsibility to resolve any issue within their authority. If the situation cannot be resolved or a conflict of interest arises by any of those mentioned in the above structure it is then the responsibility of the executive and risk manager to work together to review any situation.

After any issue or concerns are brought forward and are properly investigated or followed up there will be a 72 hour period before a final decision will be made on any situation.
